How to Refer a Client
We accept referrals from case managers, agencies, housing partners, and community organizations. All placements are subject to screening and availability.
Referral Checklist
- Client is able to live independently
- Verifiable income (SSI/SSDI/VA/Pension/Employment)
- Understands house rules
- Agrees to background screening
Not a Fit For
- Bed‑bound individuals
- Severe mental illness requiring supervision
- Active substance abuse
- Violent or sex offense history
